The 'I AM LEGEND - Meet Will Smith Prize Draw' ("Prize Draw") is organised on behalf of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited registered in England with company number 259661 and registered address at Warner House, 98 Theobald's Road, London, WC1X 8WB ("Warner Bros").

In order to administer the Prize Draw, Warner Bros. may make use of advertising and promotional agencies ('Warner Bros. Agencies').

The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

No purchase is necessary to take part in this Prize Draw

Entry into the Prize Draw assumes the acceptance of the terms and conditions below and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros. The following terms and conditions will apply to this Prize Draw:

How to Enter

Entry to the Prize Draw begins at 12 midday GMT 29th November 2007 and ends at Midnight on Sunday 16 December 2007.

Participants may only enter the Prize Draw by registering their name, email address, date of birth, gender and contact telephone number details ("Contact Details") via the registration page on the I Am Legend Media Player ("the Media Player") located at www.iamlegendmovie.co.uk/meetwillsmith ("the Prize Draw Website")

ALL PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOTE THAT BY ENTERING THE PRIZE DRAW AND GRABBING THE MEDIA PLAYER THEY AGREE NOT TO USE THE MEDIA PLAYER ON COMMERCIAL WEBSITES OR ANY WEBSITE CONTAINING MATERIALS WHICH MAY BE REGARDED AS INNAPROPRIATE OR OFFENSIVE. IN PARTICULAR, THE MEDIA PLAYER MUST NOT BE ADDED TO ANY NETWORKING SITE PROFILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FACEBOOK AND MYSPACE, BY PARTICIPANTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRIZE DRAW, WHICH ARE OFFENSIVE, ILLEGAL, IMMORAL OR BRING THE MOTION PICTURE "I AM LEGEND", ANY CAST OR CREW MEMBERS OF THE MOTION PICTURE "I AM LEGEND" OR ANY COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOTION PICTURE "I AM LEGEND" INTO DISREPUTE AND/OR TARNISH THEIR REPUTATION IN ANY MANNER.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions and registering the Contact Details, a participant will obtain one entry ('Entry') in to the Prize Draw.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 15 or older.

Warner Bros. will accept a maximum of one Entry from each participant.  If more than one Entry is submitted, only the first Entry submitted will be accepted.

Ineligible or fraudulent Entries are void. Any winner will be deemed to have authorised Warner Bros. and Warner Bros.' Agents to check the completeness and accuracy of the information they supply for the purposes of participation. A winner who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be automatically disqualified. Any participant that uses offensive or inappropriate language on the profile page of the Networking site to which they embed the Media Player will automatically be disqualified.

Warner Bros. and Warner Bros.' Agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries.

Proof of registration of the Contact Details does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Warner Bros. is not responsible for the failure of Entry to be received by Warner Bros. on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any web site.

Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the participant.

The Prize Draw is not open to employees or contractors of the Warner Bros., Warner Bros. Entertainment group of companies, including each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw or their direct family members.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered on the date the Entry is submitted.

The Prize Draw winners may be invited to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity for Warner Bros.

Use of Personal Information

In order to participate in the Prize Draw, participants will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the registration page of the Media Player. Warner Bros. has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Prize Draw. This information will be used by Warner Bros. for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding prizes.

In addition, the Warner Bros. Privacy Policy shall apply to all personal information provided by the participant. The Warner Bros. Privacy Policy can be found at www.warnerbros.co.uk/main/privacy .

The Prize Draw Prizes

There will be one (1) First Prize Draw winner who will be awarded:

• A meet and greet with Will Smith at the UK premiere of I AM LEGEND on 19 December 2007; and
  
  
• One pair of tickets to the UK Premiere of I AM LEGEND in London on 19 December 2007.

ANY FIRST PRIZE DRAW WINNER UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORT TO OR ACCOMODATION IN LONDON FOR THE PREMIERE.

The First Prize Draw Winner or their legal guardian will be required to sign a prize acceptance form in order to receive their prize.

In addition, there will be 5 (five) Runner Up prizes which will consist of:

• An I AM LEGEND GOODYBAG and limited edition graphic novel & poster.

No cash or credit alternative is available and prizes are not transferable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Warner Bros. reserves the right to substitute any or all parts of the Prize Draw. In this event, such a change will be publicised on the Prize Draw Website and any necessary amendments to these conditions will be made.

Selection and Notification of the Prize Draw Winners

The Prize Draw winners will be selected at random.

The Prize Draw winners will be informed on 17 December 2007 via the Contact Details provided. The Prize Draw winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prizes in an email by Midnight on 17 December 2007. ("Confirmatory Email"). The winners must provide their full name, date of birth, telephone number and mailing address in the Confirmatory Email. The First Prize Draw winner will meet with a representative of Warner Bros on 19 December 2007 to receive their prize. The Runner Up prizes will be posted to each of the winners within 28 days of Warner Bros. receiving the Runner Up winners' Confirmatory Email.

If the Prize Draw winners do not confirm acceptance of their prize by midnight on Monday 17 December 2007 he/she will automatically forgo their right to claim the prize and Warner Bros. will select a runner up as an alternative Prize Draw winner.

Limitation of Liability

Warner Bros. does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from the participants' connection to the internet via the Prize Draw Website and/or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. In particular, Warner Bros. does not accept responsibility for: (a) any damage or loss caused in any way to participants, their computer equipment and/or to data which is stored on any such equipment, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities; and (b) any damage or loss caused in any way by and/or to participants as a result of the Activities.

If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Warner Bros. that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, Warner Bros. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw and to select the Prize Draw winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination of the Prize Draw.

Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage the Prize Draw Website or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should any such attempt be made, Warner Bros. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warner Bros. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a result.

Warner Bros. does not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of Warner Bros.' negligence in respect of the participants' use of the Prize Draw Website.
